Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customers in the SAR can contact our support for easy returns. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
